Effective July 14, 2026. PokerSettleUp is a local-first app for tracking poker buy-ins, shared expenses, and settlement.
PokerSettleUp may store the information you enter in the app, including host profile details, player names, player emails, game names, buy-ins, rebuys, cash-outs, poker balances, shared expenses, settlement details, and final results.
PokerSettleUp is designed for single-device use. App data is stored locally on the device. PokerSettleUp does not create an online account, automatically upload your data to a server, or sell your information.
When you share a settlement image or summary through SMS, WhatsApp, email, or another app, the selected sharing app may receive that information. Your use of those services is governed by their privacy policies.
PokerSettleUp does not collect location data, payment card numbers, bank account details, government ID numbers, or contacts from your address book.
Your device provider may back up app data through services such as iCloud or Google backup depending on your device settings. PokerSettleUp does not control those backup services.
You can delete PokerSettleUp data by deleting the app or clearing the app data from your device settings. Deleting local data may permanently remove saved players, games, expenses, and results.
PokerSettleUp is not intended for children. It is intended for adults managing poker game records and settlement information.
